Answers:    If you want to hand-feed the infant you need to remove it from the nest contained by several days and keep it apart. You must shove food down its throat next to a naked q-tip until it eat on its own. Then you can put it back within the population - but must handle it each day. Good luck.
It never bothered my tiels when I checked the babies. I did try to just look for the first hours of daylight, and only make in if here was a foundation. After a few days, I just checked when they weren't contained by the box with them. After the babies are adjectives hatched, you should earnings special attention to the smallest one to make sure the crop is full every time you check them. The little one can be pushed aside when feed, by the older bigger babies. The parents should be feed a good power cockatiel food, and plenty of it. Their water/food dishes should never be empty. I other added parakeet or finch food in next to my tiels food so there would be more small seed which makes it easier for them to nurture the kids.Their eggs should hatch in the lay down they were laid, so if nearby are still some eggs in nearby, watch for them , as they can still hatch. It's usually a babe-in-arms or two the first day, after another each sunshine after, or every other day after. The babies will fluctuate ages, so you should have hulking down to tiny. Good luck with them!
