I have a 12 year matured African Grey; about a month ago he be bleeding from 1 of his nostrils and it stopped as sudden as it came on, we figure he scratched his nose and made it bleed. Then the other time we uncovered him one morning and he was bleeding again, this time gushing blood. It be everywhere; in his shut within, all over him, on his sheet we cover him beside. We got it to stop again, as this be Christmas so no one be open, the ER Vet didn't do birds so we have no choice but to wait. So the subsequent day I took him to the vet, and while the vet be trying to get him out, the blood started to come out of his mouth and out of his eyes and later his nose. I moved out him at the vet, so he could run tests on him over a couple of hours. I go back to pick him up and the vet told me that when he be getting his blood and doing the other tests he completely soaked a mitt towel in blood, they be very surprised he lived. All the test were conventional, the xrays where ordinary. On paperwork Harry is healthy, but within realty he is bleeding out. Please help anything information or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
