Hey My Budgie Pippa Makes "Choking movements" with her leader like she bobs it up and down while her kneck it similar to up so it looks like shes choking. Why does she do this and is it doomed to failure?

no it is middle-of-the-road for budgies to do this birds have differents behaviour as well and this bird freshly has a discouraging habit
