I must find Lady Amherst Pheasants for public sale within or around Washington State?

I have done every possible scrabble for these birds the guy that i fancy is in love beside these birds. he has adjectives sorts of pheasants they are really beautiful birds but he have yet to return with his hands on a twosome of Lady Amherst's and i can see why they are hard to find but i am not that great at looking for things!!! i own my heart set on getting him a pair for his birthday surrounded by May which is why i am starting know i am willing to retribution what ever i just necessitate to find a breeder or something in or close to Washington it would be less stress for the birds if the distance is shorter and resembling i said i just have need of numbers, e-mail, websites and such to help me find them
