I know what you mean! Every time I drive through a certain part of the road on my way home, a magpie flys by! Dont worry nothing happens so I'm convinced they are NOT bad luck!!

I read once that magpies carry the souls of the dead. funnily enough, there was a car accident there a year or two ago where a boy died.
