Pipe Cleaners past the worst for bird toys?

Are pipe cleaners cockatiel safe? I'm making a few toys and I'm wondering if near safe to use to string bead on?

Answers:    I contemplate it will be alright, but I wouldn't use them just to be safe and sound. The fluff part is threaded contained by through the wires quite loosely, so the bird might efficiently pull them out and ingest. The fluff is pretty small, especially for cockatiels, so would probably go beyond through with no problems. Still the dye may be negative, not to mention they would be really difficult to clean and would own to be replaced far to often. I wouldn't suggest any cloth textile used with birds unless you do replace or even launder it frequently.

If you're looking for wires, try to look for something resembling plastic twist-ties, which are easily cleaned and not so jammy to destroy.

I forgot to put in that you must know the type of metal used to prevent toxiicity as some metals can kill birds.

They should be, basically as long as the ends of the pipe cleaner aren't accessible, since they're very sharp & pointy.
