How to Brush Inside Teeth Molars?

I find it very difficult to brush the inside of my kittens teeth. The fangs and the front teeth are the easiest. I have the finger toothbrush and the bristle toothbrush. How to get his mouth open to brush the inside hard to get teeth? :(
