Are kittens born to feral cats more aggressive than kittens born to break cats?

I am currently hand raise one and he is a biter and is pretty aggressive.

Answers:    I have have a feral cat since he was a kitten; so I should be capable of answer this one. :)

Genetics do play a role in the kitten's behavior, however a feral kitten will unanimously calm down near regular handling. He just have to learn to trust you.

Ferals commonly only bond to one human being, and rarely tolerate others. Mine adore me, tolerates my mother, two of my female friends, one of my manly friends, and ignores everyone else. I don't know whether or not this is a feral trait; but he is incredibly intelligent, probably the smartest cat I've ever met.

Please in recent times be patient, spend time beside him, and let him know thoughtfully but firmly that he is not allowed to bite. Good luck, I hope this help!
No, I've not found that at all, but they are more pelt trigger in regard to self defense (the longer they were surrounded by the wild). Remember you're asking them to trust when they've had to rely on their own reaction 100% to keep them not dangerous. It's pretty hard for them to shut that survival trait sour.
