Is yogurt OK for cats to enjoy?

Everytime I eat yogurt my cat know it and gets so jolly and jumps right up by me to capture a couple licks bad the spoon, and its a good amount!! lthough I pause up dirtying two spoons, it's cute, and I'm just wanting to net sure its OK for her body

It's a milk product so a small amount isn't likely to hurt her too disappointingly. My cat has eat small amounts of yogurt and has never have any problems.
I wouldn't be feeding it to her by the container full though. lol :)
