yes !! go to your vet and capture FRONTLINE...it will take concern of them immediately.it;s not expensive..don't verbs, you just srpead the fleece on the neck and squirt it on near...eventualy all the fleas will a short time ago start dropping off unresponsive...what happens is , the frontline get in their bloodstream and when the fleas bite them it digests the frontline and dies.but later you have to treat you hearth rug with some flea powder and dry-clean EVERYTHING>>>>.. this happened to me when i rescued a touch kitten as well, didn't thought the fleas and then he give them to my other 2 it was a mess...i have to treat all 3 cats and my 2 dogs.$$$$cha-ching$$$ but it's worth it...it took just about 3 days to rid my whole place of the fleas..run ahead...go take it... :-)
