Anger problems----cat?

My cat likes to growl at my little cousin every time she walk by. When she tries to get in close proximity he bites her and scratches her. He does like peas in a pod to all of my cousins. I regard that they provoke him. What am I to do?
Answers: Talk to your cousins! Explain to them why the cat does this and why they should stop being tight-fisted to the poor thing. This is the best route to solve the problem beside kicking the cat to a different part of the house.
