Can a dog outdo a golf globe?

She is a year and a half prehistoric boxer. We think she swallowed a golf globe tonight. She is eating drinking, and playing generally. What is most likely to come up, Vets office closed until monday. Emergency Surgery at the emergency vet-$2000. Do not enjoy the money to do that.
