I wish I could do my best to facilitate, fish are lovely pets to have and when they start swimming on their side is the worst element - trust me. I've had various fish in my lifetime and when they swim on their side its heartbreaking. I know this isn't the most kind answer and I truly hope someone can help you better than I can.

I completely understand your desperation! Early surrounded by my fishkeeping days, I put some algae clear tablets in my container. Within 5 minutes ALL of my fish were swimming on their sides. Regarding your fish.. it needs nouns. Try changing more or less 2 cups of water every 4-6 hours. If at adjectives possible, get a small nouns pump and an airstone!! Unfiltered water is worse for your fish than the din any filter might make - put the filter backbone in. Nitrates are basically the equivalent of fertilizer - live plants will back consume the nitrates, and water change will help decline them, as well, departing you with crystal marine and a happy fish.
The amount of food you should nurture your fish is about one small pinch, as much as he will completely munch through in roughly 2 minutes, no more than twice a day.
