Im gonna enjoy, weed, tunnels and fake coral within it so they wont be COMPLETLY bored.

Answers: Fish do not own 3 second memories. They would not be able to survive that agency. It's a myth.
A goldfish will grow to be over a foot long, and so a single fish needs at LEAST 10 gallons (40 litres?). They also produce a LOT of dribble away, which means a small container could potentially be a death trap for you fish. Goldfish are not intended to be in aquariums, regardless of what most relations think. They are pond fish.
If you want a small cistern, I reccomend getting at least a 3 gallon (12 litre?) cistern with a mini-heater and putting a single betta fish surrounded by it. Or you could get 5 white cloud mountain minnows, which are small, pretty little fish that are also hugely hardy. They also don't need a kiln, unlike the betta. If you clean the sea at least twice a week and don't overfeed, these fish should do fine. They're nicer looking than goldfish, contained by my opinion, and vastly inexpensive.
If you do put several--or even a single--goldfish in a container that small, just be aware that it WILL raison d`être them to die prematurely. Goldfish can live 20+ years in a pond, but will be lucky to final a year in a tiny, unsuitable cistern.
