What are the bubbles that are stuck to my goldfish reservoir?

Just started a new fry container, what are the bubbles on my fish tank. Its contained by the inside. I read somewhere it was gas or something. Will it hurt my fish?

Answers:    When i clean my cistern.
i get those bubbles too, if they are similar to really tiny and all over next its just approaching the rocks or plants or whetever in thier beside air surrounded by it and the air is realising.

i enjoy a 20 gallon tank beside 8 goldfish in it and my container done that when i first got it...i a short time ago wiped them out near a paper towel and next put my fish in and they are living a moment ago fine
