Will these fish go and get along?
the tank is small and holds almost 5 litres, it has a oven, light and filtration board, is that to various fish for thus small tank?
if it is, what fish out of the account should i get and which ones shouldn't i grasp?
thanx
Answers: You can't fit any of those fish in a 5 L reservoir (less than 1.5 gallons)! Neons are schooling fish that require LARGE groups to feel not dangerous, Guppies will reach more or less 2 inches each, as will the Gourami, the Plecostomus is probably a Common Pleco that will realize about 1.5 foot, and the Betta (Siamese Fighting Fish) will attack the Gourami because of its long fins. Don't get any fish for such a small cistern, they will ALL be miserable. Instead, consider live plants (Cryptocoryne, Anubias, Java Moss, Java Fern, Micro Sword, Vallisneria, Dwarf Hairgrass, Dwarf Chain Sword, and many others), as okay as some shrimp species. Try a few Ghost Shrimp, Amano Shrimp, Red Cherry Shrimp, or Singapore Shrimp for a fascinating invert display.

EDIT: A Betta MIGHT live, but it will still be downright miserable near so little swimming room.
EDIT 2: Bettas will fight next to anything they mistake to be another Betta (anything with long fins). Gouramis no problem have long fins, and will undeniably fight. Fancy Guppies are also undemanding targets for Bettas because of their huge tail. In a 2 gallon tank, the one and only fish you have room for is a Betta, and still, shrimp would be MUCH better.
NO gourami no betta AGGRESIVE!! for single approx. 1.5 gal it's either the neons or the guppies other astute you can kiss em all accurate bye.
