This set-up is really only suitable for a betta, or some nice plants and a couple spectre shrimp or an apple or mystery snail. Although the packaging shows a goldfish and the advert say its fine for a small goldfish, it absolutely is not.
If you could use a little imagination and create your own underwater alien issue, you could spend the same the money and get hold of a 38l tank, space heater, and you'd have greatly more options.
