Do i have need of filter for a betta?

i have a ten gallon fish reservoir and i wanna put a betta in within and i wanna know if i need a filter for it if i put snails surrounded by there

Answers:    yes you will entail a filter
i have a masculine betta in a filter and heated 5 gallon tank
and
5 feminine bettas in a filter and heated 10 gallon tank, and they adjectives thrive from it

the temperature should be around 78-82 degree at all times and the filter should be on a low setting that doesn't lead to to much current

Hope that helps
Good luck

if u put snails.. next yes.

but no if it is betta only and u translation the water every week.

but filter are always a honourable idea, an internal, or sponge, or small HOB filter will be fine for bettas.

more betta info can be found on my betta site. http://www.bcaquatics.com
You don't enjoy to, but it is always better. You can even get hold of one of those sponge filters for the cistern.would keep it cleaner and enjoy air pumping into it. You would still hold to do your weekly water change, but it would be better for the fish.
