Why are goldfish clinging to bottom of filter?

My little girl got one of those all-in-one fish container sets along with two little goldfish as a endowment . The fish seem to be clinging to the bottom of the filter. I tried chasing them out, but they keep hold of going back. Why won't they achievement like everyday fish.


Answers:    Well how big is the tank? Are the fish only just sitting by the filter or is the suction to strong for them? If they are new which it sounds similar to they are it may take time for them to adjust to their investigational surroundings, also providing them with foliage and other decorations will minister to them feel more safe and sound and more active. Also do they stay down at hand even when you feed them?
Maybe they are dying or approaching the suction feeling.
:) Try removing the filter for a light of day.
