Is it possible my molly fry will get through themselves to release?

I dropped 1/5th of an algae wafer within the tank and they hold been nibble on it for the past 45 minutes. can you overeat to the point of exploding? should i remove the remains or in recent times let them drink all dark?


Answers:    No fish fry will not explode ! Fry will eat almost constantly . Mollies are omnivours so they have need of both plant and animal matter . Leaving a algea waffer surrounded by should not cause any problems.
fish should one and only be aloowed to eat for 10 min at a time. otherwise remove the food. Mollies can live on algae but you really should supply them tropical flake food. It has more of what they requirement instead of just algae
