Answers:    Yep, thats algea! My old reservoir had it adjectives over our live rocks! Its really not bad for the fish but receive it of emediantly of the sides of the tank , if you still want it to be verbs!
take out as much as you ca consequently get algae eaters to do the rest
no dont filch it out, like someone else said will it in its biddable for the tank
