How long own you have your Betta fish? My guy, Rocky, have be near me 6 months and I swear he know?

I'm coming! I have him contained by the kitchen and he watches me when I cook, and I talk to him. Is that abnormal?


Answers:    I have have Betta's for many years. Right immediately I have a mannish that is around 4 years old. All of my grown Betta's swim to the top of the tank and do a little salsa when they see me. I also talk to my fish too. I don't know if it's unnatural but if it is then I'm unexpected too lol.

No, it's not weird. I own had mine for 1 1/2 years. When he see me he swims around like crazy. (I infer he is excited to get food.)

No its exceedingly normal IMO. I know when i meander in the room where on earth my fish tanks are they adjectives see to follow me and watch me. When i first get them they were shy but immediately they see me and i think they equate it to feed time. So they all swim to the side of the reservoir where i am closest.
I give my wife a betta 5 valentines ago,haven't had to buy her anything since. lol.
since valenino's entry into our home he have been together by three others and i won't let her go and get anymore tanks (although the most up-to-date 7 gallon hex showed up about three weeks ago...)
they manifestly know my wife and couldn't care smaller amount about me but one of them have been specified to bite the toungue of our cat when she drinks out of its tank.is that territorial lifestyle ? they are always entertaining and our friends enjoy all becomed hooked on them similar to us.
