Black Moor near Clamped Fins/Lethargy?

I have two tot black moors (1/2 " each - "Grumpy" and "Doc") within a 12 gallon eclipse tank next to a biowheel and filter. Doc is a new totting up and doing fine, Grumpy has immediately started showing signs of clamped fins and a little apathy. I've checked the water (which is fine), did a 15% dampen change, and added aquarium saline.

Any ideas?

Answers:    Goldfish don't do economically long term within smaller tanks. "Long term" is relative and it sounds as though it's time to move them on up to a 30g or more.
Goldfish require profusely more energy to upkeep than most nation realize. Fancy types particularly. These fish are bred outside the US as modernization... meaning they are not bred for function and thus are not hardy fish. Fish contained by general show signs of human being in too small of a cistern by these types of behaviors. Soon the fish's immune system will be affected satisfactory to enable the fish to become outwardly sick. This will be incredibly tough to cure in a small aquarium since to be precise the cause. I would suggest downsizing the tank's inhabitants by moving out a fish or moving them both up to a larger aquarium. Perhaps deliberate about keeping a 10g community aquarium instead as this would be easier and you could put more fish into the space (as long as they are small).

GL!

(BTW- never save a koi in an aquarium. Koi and goldfish are both carp and are not pious aquarium fish. Fancy goldfish are acceptable for larger tank, but koi get several foot.)
maybee there dying?
