African dwarf and clawed frogs?

I am wondering if these frogs are considered amphibians. They can't live on land can they? So are they really considered a fish?

Answers:    They are amphibians. Although they are 100% adjectives, they swim to the surface to breath air.
they are amphibians, they never call for dry land, they are not considered fish. the dwarf get's around 2 inches long and the clawed get around 5-7 inches.
