I enjoy a flowerpot coral... A few question on it. Click for details?

I have a small flowerpot coral that I simply bought today and I had a few question on it. I have a 65 watt buoyant and a 30 gallon tank and the guy at the store said it be ok for this coral (is it?). I put the coral into the tank and it still hasn't sprouted out again (it have been similar to 4/5 hours). But, it was one attacked by my damsels so it should be a little longer. Can anyone make clear to me about the question I had up here and tell me if everything is ok?

Answers:    If the damsels are picking on it afterwards it will be very reluctant to interested. I would remove the damsel or try moving the coral to a different spot the damsel doesnt seem to hang up out a lot. If you want to entice it to get underway you can try taking a turkey baster and target feed the coral near live DT's and cyclops.
