Do masculine Siamese combat fish win on near neon tetras?
Answers: A betta and neon tetras should be ok as long as in that are plants or other decorations in the cistern that will let the different fish stow if they feel the inevitability. Some tetras are fin nippers but neons are usually very quiet, in a 20 gallon you should be ok.

It depends on the specific fish. Bettas are much slower than the tetras, so you should be alright, though he may still kill some. You also own to worry almost the tetras shredding the fins of the betta, as tetras can be know to nip at other fish's fins. The only process to know for sure is to try, but understand you may hold to seperate them.
the only problem is that the fighters long fins attract small fish to nip at them which can produce bigger problems like fin rot but because you enjoy a nice size group of neon's they should be happy playing next to all within mates and evacuate the fighter alone
Dont mix these fish as i have a tank full of neon tetras, i found a really pretty blue siamese competitor fish and it eat every one of my neon's, and every other fish that be in the container.
I took the siamese Fish back to the pet shop as i couldn't mix it next to any other fish.

it should be fine as long as the tank isn't overcrowded. i would also suggest a moderately densly planted tank so they own something to interact with and arern't a moment ago staring each other down adjectives day.

I have kept several types of tropical and cold marine fish over the years. Including several breeds of tetras and Siamese fighters. The fighter fish unluckily is a difficult breed of fish to add to any ably established aquarium. It is particularly difficult to put them surrounded by with vastly small fish such as tetras and guppies. There are two reasons for this, firstly the swordfighter fish will see the tetras as prey and will hunt and eat them. Secondly, the neon tetras will more than possible nip at the fins and tail of the fighter. This may organize to fin rot and other complications. As I have said previously I own kept fighters but found they have relatively a short life span within comparison to other tropical fish.

You shouldn't own a problem. Male fighters in cmmunity tank are often the fish that capture bullied, I had one kill by a guppy would you believe, (it kept nipping its fins). The merely fish fighters are generally aggressive beside is other male fighters.

Yes, they do get along. Bettas will usually simply go for other bettas, or fish that resemble other bettas (long, colourful fins). However, you'd probably requirement a pretty large tankl (neons obligation lots of swimming room) and you'd have to plant it deeply densely. Bettas get antsy within wide plain spaces, and when they can see their tankmates all the time.
I own a male siamese opponent in my community container with Cardinal Tetra's, Platys and Oto's and I hold no problems.
Occasionally, the fighter will flare at the platys, but that's newly now & later, and the platys don't seem bothered by this...
Have have all of them together for 3 months in a minute.
I think it's also roughly speaking getting the right fighter fish - some may be more aggressive than others.
All you can do is try and save a close eye on them when you put the fighter fish within...

But you must never put 2 masculine Siamese fighter's in impossible to tell apart tank .
If you put feminine Siamese fighters in the container its best to put at least 3 contained by with the mannish
