For race next to haflingers...?

can anyone tell me how they hold there horses mane, i maintain it flowing and natural, but the tail especially on my horses are stained and i want to know how to draw from them back flaxen white for showing. can anyone relieve?

Answers:    When I got my horse (a gray) he have not gotten a bath contained by 3 years. He was washed out! I thought his tail was stained for angelic.

It took a long time but I made sure that once a month (you don't want the hair to dry out) he get his tail washed (even contained by the very cold winter when it be 40 degrees) with a suitable whitening shampoo like the express silver. I have a routine where on earth I put the shampoo in, agree to it sit for about 10 min, rinse, do it again, and consequently use a quality conditioner. It took in the region of 12 washes within 8 months but it became a incandescent white, even at the ends. I think elbow grease and time is the best means of access to make it fine.
used a good quailty whitening shampoo to seize them white . I plat my horses tail witch helps preventing them from getting dirty
My sister used that "bluing" shampoo that little prehistoric ladies use to make their pelt nice and white. (But follow the directions...that's also where the "blue haired behind the times lady" term comes from, LOL) Too much...blue. Just satisfactory...bright flaxen white.
Dawn & Woolite work great, dilute(spelling?)them. & I braide my horses manes to keep nice.
i use betadine to carry more horses socks super white. haven't tried it in tail but it should work, just construct sure you dilute it first so you don't stain the tail yellowish red.
shampoo
