Answers: All horses are fun!! A Paint horse is no different than any other breed. You should look for a well trained horse. From 7yrs to 15yrs. for a pupil. I didn't know what state or how much, so I put nothing more than 5,000.00$. So here are some to read. Good luck!!

For trail riding I would suggest a horse to be precise around ten years old. Ensure that it have been fully trained. At this age the horse would enjoy started to mellow, and should have a compass of experience at being ridden. If possible, see if you can draw from a trial period, so you can see if you close to the horse's personality and can ride it out on the trail or other places. Some horses just ever get ridden within an arena so have no concept how to behave on a trail ride. If you discover that you don't feel protected riding this horse or that you don't like his self-esteem (or vice versa) you can return the horse and keep inquiring for the right horse for you.
