Are at hand any special rugs available for a mare whos feed a foal?

she is due to foal in feb so will obligation to be rugged ,last feb it be snowing

Answers:    Foals can hang themselves on rugs straps, hence the reality it is a bad conception to rug them up. My suggestion would be to get some bake lamps surrounded by your stable instead, rugs are very perilous to foals, and you cannot get one short straps to stay put on your mare. It would be good perception for someone to invent a special mare rug especially for this problem though.
I've never seen 1, but you could lately cut the rug a little dignified in the flank nouns, so it does not interfere with the foal feed.
No just be paid sure she has for a time extra room to move and make sure the leg straps are not blocking her udders. Heat lamp would be a better solution (as happily married suggested) because the straps are unsafe to foals.
I agree with the above poster. Foals & blankets don't mix economically. At work we bed all the stalls especially heavily in straw, I'm chitchat up to your knees. Even during the coldest winters we don't blanket mares. On rare instant we will blanket a foal with problems but it is not the norm. Heat lamp are very successful also as mentioned above as long as their hung securely & soundly.
