Selling a horse out ot state? Good Mini price?

I am selling one on my mini horses. She is a 9yr old mare broke to ride awsome and green to drive. I an asking $550. And I hold someone in New York who is ready to pay that, plus haveing somone deliver and a health/coggins done. Is nearby anything I sould worry give or take a few doing this? I have never sold a horse. And my 1st one will ne out of state!! Would you repay $550 for her?
