Finding this web site and the wonderful information from Lou Rea Kenyon at hand was a Godsend to me when my dog brought us a tot rabbit. Fortunately it was not injured and I be able to successfully reverse a healthy orphaned rabbit tot to sucessful release back on our property.

Find a wildlife rehabilitator that does NOT vigilance for raptors or you will most likely be sending them to be used to rehab the raptors to hunt since so heaps of them have such poor luck near orphaned rabbits.

Check with your state winter sport and fish commission regulations. In Arkansas, it is not illegal to enjoy up to 6 rabbits if TAKEN BY HAND according to statute, however one must at least be working underneath the guidance of a licensed rehabiltator to release one back into the frenzied.

The stress of being within a facility with other prey animals and their smells..and the big liklihood that a raptor facility will take youthful orphaned rabbits turned over to them to use to train their raptor rehabbers for release, means that your option may be not only be dependent on the extent of their injury but on the availability of a rehabilitation soul that cares for rabbits.

You may send for local veterinary facilities as some of them know local wildlife rehabilitation personnel for a range of species.

The odds are against you, but Good Luck!
EDIT to make a note of: I am at a loss as to how suggestion of following the advice of a respected licensed rehabilitation expert contained by the field of rabbits who have successfully rehabbed HUNDREDS and assisted others such as MYSELF in nouns where we be discouraged ..would be something one would rate as LOW. I wonder if those who do this are some with an attitude of .."it isn't resembling there aren't ample rabbits in the world". As to my report of what some raptor rehabilitators will do. I swear on my natural life that I know this for fact as I once begin training to be a licensed rehabilitator under one. My first sunshine to assist they used a "rehab" bunny to feed to an OWL to train it to hunt. it be also my LAST day to assist. That rehabilitator is the one my vet's department RECOMMENDED and I could not use it!
Give them a shallow dish of plain water.

DO NOT attempt to nurture them.

Find a wildlife rehabiliation center or refuge, team game warden, or animal control phone number and send for them ASAP. This requires professional help, you cannot possibly gather them on your own and it would be senseless to try.
make some rabbit soup requirement a recipe?
You need to get hold of these rabbits to a licnesed wildlife rehabilitator immediately. Look for one here: http://www.tc.umn.edu/~devo0028/contact.

These individuals have the specialized training to safekeeping for sick, injured and orphaned wild animals. They also enjoy the state and federal licenses required to save these animals until they are healthy satisfactory to be returned to the wild.

It is illicit for you to keep them in need the proper permits, and from the description of the sabotage, these animals need on the spot medical attention.

Good luck!
I would try to give them a heat up place to stay with wet & some vege's till you can get them to the vet. They entail some serious TLC. Try to very kind-heartedly clean any wounds near cotton balls and hose. Put some antibiotic on a cotton square and wrap injuries with gause, next tape that beside medial tape. Be vastly gentle since they're babie rabbits. but, find the crushed leg one to the vet, like yesterday, if you can. Depending on how little they are, you may even hold to hand nurse them. Also, see if you can possibly find the mamma rabit to give somebody a lift care of them. I know that won't be straightforward since they usually run from people. But, she's going to be missing her babies something vicious!
