HELP ME PLEASE(animal trouble?

well my friend have a mouse for 3 months now and it have been clearly fine she cleanedthe cage 4 days ago but refuse to clean it presently even though it smels horid. weve noticed that the mouse have been scratch himselg and scatching at his eyes and scratching so thorny he is starting to bleed! please help me my friend really does not exactness about this mouse and she is human being really bitchy and horible about of late clening the cage my two guesses are mites or dirty hold. do you have any thoughts
please please please i am exceptionally scared for this mouse it is suffering public notice i cant dea with that!

soon we will bring him to the doctor but i obligation some info to tell the vet first

Answers:    it sounds similar to mites and your friend is being cruel the coop needs cleaning out and wash in hot soapy hose and replaced with verbs bedding,regarding the mites you can buy a treatment which is for small animals mice rats hamsters,
if it be my friend mistreating this mouse and she refused to verbs the cage i would transport responsibility for the mouse myself talk to her parents or return with her to re home it
Ask your friend if you can take this mouse to a vet, or ask your friend if you can own this mouse. If she refuses and continues to consent to it suffer, give her a upright talking to and I don`t know report to animal control.
