Lionheads, or "Tete de Lion", as they are called within France, were originally supposed to own been longhaired dwarf rabbits, but the Lionhead Rabbit's maned type be more popular, and so these were elected and the former project abandoned. Lionhead Rabbits are primarily bred surrounded by France and the United Kingdom, and are a recently famous standard in the British Rabbit Council.
