Choking ferret?

Every morning my ferret wil be laying contained by bed with her sister and adjectives of a sudden she'll start hacking and choking on zilch! she's eating or drinking! she's sleeping! PLEASE HELP!
=)
Answers: Your ferret should be done shedding, but it could still be a hairball and ferret are not capable of bringing them up close to a cat would. Get some Laxatone or Ferretlax or even some Vaseline if she'll eat it and afford her 1/2 to 1 tsp 2-3 times a day until the hack goes away, but no longer than 7 days (recommend by vet and manufacturer of FerretLax).
If that takes charge of it put your ferret on a regular regimen of a preventative giving 1/2 tsp 2-3 times a week.
If it doesn't take charge of it, go pocket it to a ferretknowledgeable vet, please.
What does her poop look like??
Make sure it's not getting thready(thinner within diameter) and that it hasn't changed color.
This would be my first guess. Another possibility would be a foreign body which you can try to treat the same path.
Also, it could be her respiratory system. What type of litter are you using?

Either way, if she is consumption and drinking and acting mostly normal supply it a week on the Laxatone and then see a vet if she's still showing those same symptoms. If she's gotten worse previously then hurry her to a vet a.s.a.p.
Worse would be any renovate in flurry or level of conscience, vomiting, grinding teeth, thready stools, possibly black stools(bowel obstruction, even partial ones, can cause bleeding within the stomach or the intestines).
Hope things work out for you. Good luck.
Hairball.

Give him some vaseline to lick, and he'll pass it shortly
sounds similar to GERD (poor digestion; burping).

I'd check into her feed and see if she is digesting her food thoroughly.

Check her droppings and compare her droppings to the other ferret and see if they look matching.

If you see undigested particles within the dropping; this means try a modern diet.

sounds like a digestive issue; try enxymes; any tablets or in inherent fresh fruit;papaya.
Sounds like a hairball. Your local petstop may enjoy supplements like Ferret Lax or any alternatives as organic remedies for the problem. They are natural though.
Ferrets are not respectable for having hackle balls and upper respiratory problems. As this is shedding season for most ferret, you will want to try a ferret laxative OR a big blob of Vaseline. Vaseline is the cheapest way to travel, they love to eat it, and it is completely risk-free to ingest. If you see no improvement after administering a laxative for two or three days you will stipulation to see a vet. It would be foolish to loose your ferret over an infection that can be easily treated.
