How do i keep hold of my turtles surrounded by sunlite?d wet get heated up surrounded by 2hrs & u guys temme 2 save em surrounded by d sun fr 12hrs?

please people..my problem is a lil big but please dont discount it.read the additional quantity also[add details].i have 2 RES turtles.One is 3 inches long and the other is 4.5 inches long.Both of them suffer from some shell fungal infection.They hold white spots on their shells.Ikeep them in a reservoir of dimensions=4 feet*1 feet*1.5 feet.The reservoir water is cleaned every 2 weeks along next to the filter and the tank is provided near a powerful filter also.I stay in india and ive search for UVA and UVB lights in lots pet shops and aquariums and they havent even heard of them.They say aloud that they provide turtle tanks beside normal aquarium lights and it works fine.So they enjoy and auarium light contained by their tank.Till date,they havent suffered from any disease,soft,shell,etc except white spots.I be told to appy an iodine povoidine solution on their shells and keep them to dry for a few hours and i did that for something like 2 months but didnt succeed


Answers:    LET THEM OUT OF THE WATER! That is your problem, they NEED to DRY off their shell or they will grasp deises so take the EMPTY ( exepect for the turtles ) And put it up within TWICE a day and construct shure they have 24/7 acess to park below a UV lamp.
No, you can't put them outside where on earth the water can fry up. And placing them in a pane is useless because UVB cannot penetrate chalice. You need a UVB bulb made for reptiles--these can be ordered on strip from just almost any pet supply store. You have to do a query to find one that will deliver to your part of the country. RES involve UVB to make vitamin D3 and metabolize calcium. Without it they will die. And in the region of 12 hours a day is correct. They also entail a heat light for basking out of the dampen whenever they want, and the basking temp should be give or take a few 95F. Be sure to measure it accurately near a digital probe thermometer.
