So I asked a question just about this a few days ago. My ball python have been drastically inactive for a week or so immediately. He hardly moves. He shifts from one side of his hold to the other and that's it. His temperature is fine and same beside his humidity.
Answers: ball pythons are not the most stirring snake anyway. However, It is quite possible that the snake is going into his pre-shed stage and will remain totally still until he finally sheds. It is not unusual for these snakes to hold very still for several hours at a time. As long as his color is dutiful, He has proper environmental settings, and is intake regular(unless shedding) I would not be too worried.
