What can i use on my gerbils infected eye??
my gerbils left eye is conventional looking but the right is very red and puffy and have some reddish clumpy discharge. Ive used a tissue and river to remove some of it but it just keep coming back and she is not competent to open that eye unless i verbs it away.

My vet gave him an antibiotic and it cleared it up right away. It's probably nought super serious yet. Keep it verbs and get that little one to the doctors. Good luck!!

Dissolve saline in melt water and verbs out the eye three times a day. i used verbs cotton wool and I never dipped the used cotton wool back surrounded by the container to stop germs spreading. It worked well heaps times. You could call your vet and ask for advocate if you don't want to try this method.
